IF BOOKING REQUIRED
To confirm all bookings a valid credit card number and expiry date are required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged, UNLESS we can on sell the rooms booked.

Group Bookings

For Bookings more than three rooms on any given night is considered a Group Booking and specific Terms & Conditions and payment policies will apply. Full payment for all group bookings will be made 48hours before check in either by arrangement or onto the card provided to hold the room. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no charges. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the first night’s accommodation being charged.
  • Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
  • Please settle your account the night before if you are departing early.
  • Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
  • No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10.00pm.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. (outside is ok) If you do smoke inside, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
  • No strong smelling food to be cooked in our units (Any damage to the unit or property or smells which make our unit unusable may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable)
  • We have a policy of not allowing the following guests, Prostitutes, (working from our motel) Patched Gang Members, or Pets.
  • Any damage done (but not due to normal wear and tear) in a unit or property is payable by the guest plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
  • Guests are expected to respect the rights of other guests
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for damage or theft to any personal belongings including motor vehicles and their contents
  • Force Majeure ASURE Adcroft  Motel will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Pandemic and Compliance with any Law or Government Restraint Order, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the motel.
